***Preowned homes are priced less than building a new home.

 There are currently homes at Robson Ranch that are priced from $50,000 to $125,000 less than the estimated cost of building an identical new home.  I can show you in detail the cost of all upgrades in a preowned home.  You can make a direct comparison between buying a preowned home and building a new one.  I encourage you to go to the new home sales center before making a decision.

***Buy a preowned and customize it to your taste.

Preonwed homes are priced below the cost of building a new home so you can make the changes you want in your home and still be ahead money wise.

 ***You avoid the hassles of building a new home. 

 If you have had a new home built before, I do not need to add anything more. If you have not had the experience of building a new home, you should do it once in your life.

 ***You can move into a preowned home much sooner.

If you start a new house now, it will take about 6 months at best to complete.  If you want to move to Robson Ranch during the building period, I can assist you in leasing a home until your new home is finished. 

***Preowned homes have established landscaping.

Many of the preowned homes have beautiful, established landscaping.  This is a cost that you may not think about when you are buying a home. 

***Previous owners have made additions to the home.

 Many of the preowned homes have added window treatments (big expense), attic storage, storage cabinets, additional landscaping, outside lighting and much more.
