Now that I
have your attention, let me explain why you might want to send me referrals instead of coming to Robson Ranch and showing
homes yourself. Robson sells and builds all homes at Robson Ranch. Currently, there
are 16 resale models. Twelve of the models are still being built. Robson starts with
a price for the basic home and lot and then there are many upgrades. Resale homes have upgrades that cost
as much as $100,000 or more. I can walk into a Robson Ranch house and tell you what the estimated replacement
cost of that home would be, because I have a data base with all model upgrades. In addition, there are
golf course lots, greenbelt lots, corner lots and large lots. The premium of lots range from a few thousand
to $225,000. The Robson Sales Office has ever-changing incentives for new buyers. If you pull up the homes
for sale in MLS, they may not tell you the model of the home. I know the model of every home. I live here
and only sell Real Estate here. Please note that I do not work for Robson Ranch sales office, I am an independent
Realtor. In short, you can certainly sell homes in Robson Ranch,
but is it a good use of your time to research what you need to know to sell homes here?
If I still have your attention, Robson Ranch is a very active 55+ community in Denton (Dallas/Fort Worth), Texas.
At least 75% of current residents are here because they have children and grandchildren in the area. All
